Control

Generally in life there is very little we can actually control.

Even in our bodies and brain most of what takes place and

goes on happens without our conscious knowledge or control.

And definitely most of everything happening in our universe is

out of our control.

Consequently, life is about acceptance.

If we try to hold on, we lose.

And if we let go, we gain.

Nothing is really ours to hold on to.
