Come closer to nature. Spend more time in silence. Be

thankful for what you have in life, rather than what

you don´t have. Treat everyone and everything in your

life with deep respect. Bear in mind that everything in

our physical world is changing, meaning it has a

beginning and an end. The only thing that is constant

is your spirit. Take care of it. Be more present and

trust that life will lead you on your journey.
